Provo Springs Place is a high-end townhome community within a 5-minute drive of Brigham Young University. The goal of this project was to create an amazing community in an industrial-zoned facility. We took this project from start to finish, including rezoning, construction permits, and ultimately, the finished product. The property is an outstanding example of what our team is capable of, as we took a 50-year-old warehouse and turned it into an amazing community.
When we approached this property, it was currently an industrial building located in a residential area. Consequently, a rezone was required. We were able to work with the city to achieve a rezone.
Provo Springs Place was a unique property with some unique challenges that would allow for outstanding returns in a high-growth area.
To achieve the rezone and the development of this multi-family unit, we had to work with the city, zoning professionals, and other key people. We worked hard with them to understand all that needed to be done and fulfilled all the requirements.
The result was an outstanding, one-of-a-kind project near BYU and downtown Provo—one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. This townhome community also boasts impressive rental rates and reliable tenants.
